A repair network built around people, not lead lists
CrashPartners is the European partner network of SchadeAssistentie B.V. It started in the Netherlands as Schade Partners: drivers report fresh accident damage on our websites, we review every request by hand and pass it to a single body repair shop in their region. That same model now runs across Europe.
The person behind the network
On many platforms a repair shop is an account number. With us, every partnership starts and stays with a person: Rachid Akabbouz. He is the contact our partners write to and speak with, whether it is about a request, a region or an invoice, in the Netherlands and across the European network.
That direct line also shapes the platform. Weekly request limits, the pause button and the claim procedure for invalid requests all exist because partners asked for them.

Every partner has a direct contact who knows the agreements, from the first request to a question about an invoice.
A fair model
A fixed amount per request, agreed up front. No subscription, no commission on the repair value, and a claim procedure for requests that turn out to be invalid.
Quality over volume
Every request is reviewed by a person before it goes out, and it goes to a single shop in the region. Fewer requests that are real beat many that waste your time.
One network, three names
Drivers are served by AccidentEurope, Dutch repair shops by Schade Partners and shops in the rest of Europe by CrashPartners. All of it is run by SchadeAssistentie B.V., registered in the Netherlands.
