After a collision, a driver reports the damage on AccidentEurope and asks for a repair shop nearby.
We match the request
We match the request to your region and to the vehicles and services your workshop covers.
You contact the customer
You receive the request by email and in your partner portal, and call the customer while the damage is still fresh.
Pay per enquiry
The same in every country. No subscription and no minimum term. Prices per enquiry, excl. VAT. 1 invoice per month.

Which countries are live?

What does a request cost?
A fixed amount per request you receive, excl. VAT: the same in every country. Your first 2 requests are free. No subscription, no base fee and no commission on the repair value.
Where do the requests come from?
From AccidentEurope, where drivers fill in the European accident report after a collision and ask for a repair shop. In the Netherlands the same network runs as Schade Partners.
Do I get requests exclusively?
Every request is matched on postcode, vehicle type and the services you offer, and goes to a single shop. It is not sold to ten competitors at once.
How do I pay?
You get a monthly invoice for the requests you received and pay it by transfer within 14 days.
Can I stop?
Yes, at any time and without notice, yourself in your partner portal. You can also pause or set a weekly maximum.
