Privacy notice

The controller for the purposes of UK GDPR is SchadeAssistentie B.V. (the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 92694896), operator of Bodyshop Partners / CrashPartners.

Partner registration

When you register as a partner bodyshop we process the business and contact details you provide (business name, contact person, email, phone, address, business type, Companies House number where applicable, optional VAT number) to assess and run the partnership (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).

Register check

Where you enter a Companies House number, we look it up automatically with Companies House to confirm your registered name and address. If we cannot confirm it we do not block your application; we review it ourselves before we activate your account.

Sharing damage enquiries

When a driver reports damage, we pass their contact and damage details to matching partner bodyshops in their area. The bodyshop processes that data as an independent controller to make contact and provide a quote.

Processors

We use service providers to run the platform: hosting and database (EU servers), email delivery and payment processing (Mollie B.V., recurring card payments). Incoming enquiries also go through an automated quality and fraud check assisted by AI (Anthropic), which receives name, description, form answers and any damage photos, and is not used to train AI models. These providers act only on our instructions.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the partnership is active. After it ends we delete your data on request, except for data we must keep under statutory retention rules, in particular Dutch bookkeeping and tax obligations relating to invoices.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to data portability and to object to processing. You can reach us at info@schadepartners.nl. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and in the Netherlands (as the controller's home authority) the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
